the cutest craftsman in the cutest neighborhood

I loved my stay at this place and would love to stay again! The place is super clean and adorable. It's in the cutest part of town and I felt very safe during my stay. Walking distance to cute shops and cafes and also a short drive to Point Defiance Park which was so fun to have nearby. R was very accommodating and checked in on us. I couldn't recommend this place more! Thanks for a great summer!

Cozy Craftsman

When we booked this rental, we were living on the East Coast with a newborn. We wanted something easy, streamlined, and a place to call home when we moved West. This was the perfect home for us. It was turn key ready, with fresh linens and coffee awaiting us. Throughout our stay R was responsive, down to earth, and caring. If we did run into an issue it was quickly fixed. R was always checking in on us making sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend! The neighbors are lovely. We walked to 6th ave, proctor district, 21st st business center, even to Ruston way on a sunny day! About 4 blocks away is a great burger shack at the local butchers! 2 miles to Tacoma General hospital and 3 miles to St joes. easily bikable! During the summer the building gets HOT but we realized the upstairs attic does have AC if you want to relocated upstairs for the summer.

Cozy stay in North End

This house was perfect for my travel assignment in Tacoma. Close to the hospital and the Proctor district - grocery stores, coffee shops, farmers market on Saturdays! The neighborhood is quiet with kind neighbors and I always felt very safe as a single female in this area. R is responsive and so kind - the best landlord. I would highly recommend this property.
