A great apartment with a great LL

I recently finished my lease of this property, as I moved into a house. The apartment is well furnished and the Landlord throughout my entire 10-month lease was responsive, always accommodating and assisted very quickly when a few issues were communicated. I really enjoyed living there and the convenience of the access to all sorts of shopping, restaurants and short distance to Tampa and all its offerings. Highly recommended

Outstanding Experience

Perfect setup-quiet in condo community, Vey responsive owners, full size washer and dryer, blackout curtains (I worked at night). Im very happy with my housing decision. Definitely will book this property again!

Perfect travel nurse housing experience

This was my 6th different time using furnished finder for housing on a travel nurse assignment and this was by far my favorite. A safe area, conveniently close to everything you could need (grocery, mall, restaurants, gyms, etc.). Only about a 10 minute drive and you're in downtown Tampa (as long as traffic permitted lol). The complex is well maintained and beautiful, the pool and hot tub are nice. There are ducks and other friendly wildlife that wander the complex that my boyfriend, dog and I loved seeing every day. The condo is just as pictures advertise, no surprises whatsoever. And J, the landlord, is kind, quick to respond to messages, and overall just a great guy to interact with. My travel contract got cancelled early due to low census and he was totally understanding in the whole ordeal. Would 10000% recommend staying here and wish we could have for longer!

After traveling 18 hours I found out the night before I planned to move into this property that my move in date had been delayed. Had I not reached out to the landlord I would not have been informed of the delay. Not only was there no communication but this came after completing the application, paying the security deposit, agreeing to the rental agreement and confirming the move in date multiple times. The landlord was unprofessional and appeared unbothered despite explaining my situation. No additional assistance or solution was offered. I withdrew from the rental as I no longer felt this was a trustworthy property and somewhere I felt comfortable staying at. I was left without housing and had to cancel my work assignment as I could not find an additional rental. A great amount of time, energy and money was lost on this rental experience.
