Quiet Home Near Beach

Great location and wonderful landlords

I lived here for 6 months and highly recommend it. It is a very cute property with everything you need. Very close to a great beach and easy access to all amenities. Quiet neighborhood and I loved the fenced in yard. Landlords are very easy going and a pleasure to rent from - communication was always excellent.

Fall stay on the cape

This stay was amazing and as pictured! It had everything we needed for our travel contracts with Cape Cod Healthcare. In a super safe neighborhood. Only about 0.5 mile walk to the beach but also easy access to stores and about 25 minute commute to Hyannis. Mary was easy to reach whenever anything came up. If we ever come back to the cape, wed stay here again!

Central location, walkable to the beach!

Mary's place was a perfect location for our travel contract on Cape Cod. It is walking distance to the beach, grocery store just around the corner, and only 25 minutes from Hyannis/Cape Cod Hospital. It is far enough out on the Cape to give it a small beach town vibe, but close enough to access major stores in Hyannis easily. The home has plenty of space and a great backyard area and large driveway. The kitchen had everything we needed, and two different living areas to hangout. Mary was very responsive for any needs that came up and gave helpful recommendations for the area! I would definitely recommend renting this spot for a travel contract on the Cape!

Home away from home

This house is a home away from home, my partner and I lived here for 9 months during our travel contract. From the moment I submitted a housing request, Mary and David have shown great communication, always replying within hours. M and D have been my favorite landlords to rent from over my 3 years of traveling. They are considerate, responsive, generous, and just great people to work with. The house itself is updated, clean, cozy, and maintains that Cape Cod charm. The location is perfect; neighborhood is quiet, less than 10 min walk or two minute drive to the beach, and a 20 minute walk to Harwich port. Cape Cod Hospital is about 25 minute drive, as well as downtown Hyannis. We will truly miss this home, and the landlords. If you are considering renting here, do not hesitate.
