Great Stay

I had such a wonderful experience staying with Jay and Annie for two months. They are incredibly kind, welcoming hosts who truly make you feel at home while still fully respecting your privacy. I had the entire upstairs space to myself, which made the stay feel very comfortable and private. The place also included an additional fridge, extra kitchen space, and beach equipment, which was super convenient for longer stays. One of the biggest perks was the free Tesla EV charging. The property itself is amazing and has so many unique amenities, from the heated pool to the movie room, plane hangar, and even a control tower. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind place to stay. Jay and Annie were always so thoughtful and friendly. They gave me plenty of space but also made me feel welcome by inviting me to hang out whenever I wanted. It was the perfect balance of hospitality and privacy. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

Lely Stay

I had a wonderful stay with J and his girlfriend T and their large pup Storm. The house is always clean and calm. It has so many nice amenities like an outdoor patio table and pool, a movie room (hes got two areas to watch movies - so its almost always available), an extra fridge, and the upstairs where the guest bedrooms are. They were kind and caring the whole stay. It was a wonderful stay during my medical travel contract.

Home Away from Home

If you are looking for a home away from home, look no further... This place felt like home. House is up to date on everything! Super clean and everything you need. You have access to all the common living areas. The host is very nice and accommodating. Always checked in with me. Definitely a place I will rent again from. Thank you for everything!

Just wonderful

This is a wonderful home! Very clean and modern. J** the host is a nice and respectful person, and we a great conversation all times. My room was big and comfortable, and it is on the second floor, so I had a lot of privacy. The area is close to everything only a very short ride to grocery stores and shopping. The beach is also not far. you never hear any noise from the tiny privat airport, there is not much traffic. Naples is a calm and save City at all. Our companion dog "Storm" is a lovely friend since then. All about I had a wonderful stay in J**'s home. I would definitely come again.

Kodak moment

I stayed here January-April and would have stayed longer if the season wasnt over. The owner is very kind and super accommodating. The first floor is where he lives and the upstairs has 2 bed rooms shared between a J and J bathroom. During my time there I had 2 different women that I share a bathroom with and we had no issues! The owner allows you to use the kitchen and the laundry. Theres a beautiful pool in the back yard along with a private airstrip where you can watch private planes land and take off! About 25-30 minute commute to NCH North or Baker or any of the stand alone EDs but the location is right off the Marco Island exit where I spent most of my time off. The owner has the sweetest dog named Kody that would send me off in the morning and greet me when I got home:) great experience for this wonderful home!

nice house

Stayed here for 6 weeks feb-March! The owner lives downstairs, and the two bedrooms upstairs connect via bathroom. The whole house is shared and is very modern with nice kitchen, endless supply of hot water (my fav part), and has a pool in the back! The owner is very friendly and involved; he will text/call to check in on you and make sure everything is accommodating. The bedroom I stayed in has the only access to the attic, so the owner did ask permission to go through the room in order to place items into the attic. Another bonus is the elder dog who lives here - nothing like petting a nice doggo after a long shift at work. Very close to physicians regional (5 minutes) and about a 15 minute drive to NCH downtown (baker).
