Great stay close to UC Davis

We enjoyed our time here very much during my 11 months on contract at UC Davis. Clean, cozy and quiet home close to the hospital. Micheal was very responsive and addressed any issue or concern immediately. I would stay here again if I come back for additional contracts at UC Davis.

Amazing Rental

I had a great experience living at this property. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Its just a short 15-minute walk to the UC Davis Medical Center, which was super convenient. The host was always very responsive and attentive to any questions or needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in the area!

Convient location

Very covient and walkable location for U C Davis and other medical centers. Plenty of amenities. A well appointed and updated kitchen with plenty of cookware.

Great host, great property!!

Everything you need and close to local hospitals. Comfortable, homey, and well appointed. M, the host, is super responsive and accommodating. On street parking was never an issue. In unit w/d a bonus!
