This is such a lovely private space in a fun, safe neighborhood. Great food within walking distance. Awesome neighbors. The kitchen is new with full appliances. I really loved living here. Highly recommend!

Alberta Apt

The apartment was stylish and comfortable. I didnt cook much, but the kitchen was well equipped. Also, the appliances are new. I also liked the private entrance. The location is wonderful. The apartment is located in the Alberta Arts District. The neighbors are friendly, and polite. Ive chatted with some of the neighbors and morning joggers. Very family oriented area. There are several bars and restaurants footsteps away. The Arts District has a lot to offer. Most importantly, the areas safe and quiet. I felt comfortable walking around, as well as parking my car. Lastly, Id like to talk about the host. A is nothing less than spectacular. Shes very, nice, friendly and accommodating. Communication was very easy, and she was always available to answer any questions I had. She did everything in her power to not only welcome my girlfriend and myself, but make us feel at home. She was great to us and I appreciate everything shes done. Overall, weve had a pleasant stay.

Perfect Location!

Such a great space. For a studio it is quite large. Very functional. Tons of storage. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having a full sized kitchen in a studio unit. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of street parking. Great restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. A**** was wonderful and super responsive. The only issue for me which should be expected bc its a basement was the lack of natural light. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

Beautiful private apartment with everything you would need. Super quiet and friendly neighbors, Alberta street restaurants and shops only 1 block away. Sweetest and most attentive landlord you can ask for, I wish I didn't have to leave.

Didnt want to leave!

I absolutely loved this property! It was modern, clean, and had EVERYTHING I needed for a comfortable stay. I worked nights and had no issues with noise during the day. It was in a great location, close to so many restaurants. The owner was so sweet and accommodating! I truly appreciate her! I had no complaints while there and would stay again.

Fantastic space at a great location!

I needed an apartment in PDX and this really lovely little apartment fit the bill perfectly! Well-appointed with all the bells and whistles in the kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping area, I have rarely been more comfortable than when I was here! It is within walking distance to the Alberta Arts District and an easy bike ride away from many wonderful PDX destinations. I had such a great stay here, and I am looking forward to coming back and staying here when I need to be in PDX in the future! The owner is a very nice and professional woman who is easy to communicate with and very accommodating with the washer and dryer as well! I enjoyed staying here and would recommend the space to any of my people looking for a great temporary apartment in PDX! ENJOY!
