excellent stay

kyle's place was just perfect in every way stayed there for about a year kyle was responsive to every situation even me calling and asking to be late because of how my checks landed you won't be unhappy renting with kyle

We loved our stay!

We stayed in this house for a whole year and it has truly been a place we loved to call home. Kyle is super responsive and attentive if we ever needed anything, he also goes above and beyond to maintain the yard and the property. The house has so much charm and truly has everything you would need. The heat and ac work great and there is never a shortage of hot water. The street is super quiet and the location is accessible to everything. We truly do not have any complaints and will miss this quaint little home.

5 for Nice Place 1 for security deposit

This place was cozy clean and comfortable I enjoyed my stay. I would give the place 5 stars honestly. The host was even great replied timely to messages etc. Im glad I chose the place. HOWEVER, this place gets a 1 from me due to principles, honesty, and lack of respect following my stay. In short, the host did not return my security deposit at the end. I checked out July 29th and on august 14th I was still waiting for return deposit. I messaged and called Kyle until I realized I was blocked. I had family and friends reach out who received responses from him and that is how I reached him to get my return deposit. We did all payments and business through Venmo I never worked with any management which he claimed should have sent me the deposit back. He then returns the deposit within seconds without even checking with management. Be careful to those using Venmo or other payment options and make sure you get your security deposit. I hope that you choose to do right by others Kyle.

Amazing Rental

I had the best time staying in this rental property. K is the absolute best and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. As a travel nurse, this property is extremely convenient to Augustas medical district. This property is gorgeous! Everything was neat, clean, decorated to perfection and everything I needed (supplies etc.) was provided. I experience no issues. I felt safe and would love to stay there again in the future. Wonderful home!

My family loved our stay in this home! K was a great host and very responsive and easy going. The cozy backyard was a big hit for our little girl, she loved having the room to run and play! Home felt very cozy and comfortable. We would recommend K to anyone!

Very cozy and great hosts!

The hosts are extremely nice and very helpful! They were informative when they would be having people doing yard work and always checked with us about when the house could be cleaned. Spacious and really cute house with a great backyard and fire pit. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone we knew.
