Modern, comfy, cozy entire South Philly RowHouse w/parking & patio

This place was amazing! We loved the location and the home was perfect for our family of 3. House and everything you need for a long stay. And working with the owners was so easy. We cant wait to return! Thanks for much for everything!

We stayed in this home while our house was being rebuilt due to damage. We were under such duress because of the urgency, the landlord was accommodating patient and a pleasure to deal with. We found ourselves, loving this house as our second home. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. A wonderful yard to hang out in during nice weather. Plenty of places to eat out in the neighborhood, but a wonderful kitchen for home cooks. Easy access to public transportation to Center city or local attractions. The neighbors were friendly, which was an added bonus.

Stayed in the house for 2 months. This house is amazing and the owner is on top of everything. Neighbors are great and the neighborhood is great as well. Good places to eat and hangout. 5 stars

This homes neighborhood has an amazing history feel with a cozy and recently renovated interior that fit exactly what we were looking for while we had a longer stay in Philly. The local spots for food and drinks are straight out of the movies and just around the corner. The cheesesteaks by day and city wides by night solidified the south Philly feel. We will be back!!!

I stayed at this property twice as a short term rental. I truly loved every moment of it. The property is centrally located. The furniture and the decorations made this place hip and amazing. The house was renovated and remodeled. The private backyard was my favorite part of this property. The owner is very communicative and moves quickly to make any necessary repairs. Even while on vacation in Europe, the owner quickly answered my call and made arranged to make an AC repair. You can walk to a bunch of food places in the area and being close to the highway and center city makes this location a quick and affordable Uber ride to any destination in Philly. You wont regret picking this place!

This little gem was amazing. My wife was sceptical about letting me book a house because she generally takes care of all this. She was so impressed with the house and the job I did!! 5 stars on cleanliness, location, size, and ease of check in and out. We walked to most places and felt safe everywhere we went. The owner was always available to answer my questions on every attempt. Ill be visiting Philly yearly now and wont consider staying anywhere else.

We really enjoyed experiencing South Philly for three weeks. Neighborhood was safe and quiet and if we timed it right, we could usually find parking right in front of the house. Lots of walkable food options and a super easy public transpo system to get you anywhere you need to go so you can leave your car at home. The stairs to the basement are quite steep but easy enough if you just take them slow. The room and bath downstairs are a great space! The owners were super responsive and had a lot of great insight on the area. We loved this South Philly Jawn!

If you are in the area this is the place to stay! Cute and comfy 3bedroom home with lots of space and amazing amenities! Location is close to everything! Would recommend this home and most definitely would stay again if back in Philly!
