Excellent unit very clean

I had a great experience renting this one-bedroom unit for three months. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it an easy and pleasant place to live. The space was well laid out, fully functional, and had everything I needed for a more extended stay. The location was convenient and quiet, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. Communication with the owner was excellent; she was very responsive, professional, and helpful whenever anything came up. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a short- or long-term rental and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Sunset Housing Review

House was cleaned before visit, but becomes the picture definition of a pigsty within one week. One roommate is owner's son and does not clean after himself, doesn't take out trash, doesn't wash his dishes, leaves a mess of the dining table. He will stay up late and do jumping jacks or yell and is very audible due to old hardwood floor. Fridge space is designated. Owner has a cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks. No extra toilet paper available. House is noticeably old. Bathroom is not the cleanest and can only be ventilated via window. Other roommate shares bathroom and wears outdoor shoes into bathroom. Strongly recommend wearing shoes in the house. Room has termites, larvae dropped into my hair from the curtain. Termites may be because of next-door construction or an undetectable hole in the window. If you want to sweep your own floor, they only have old brooms that work poorly. Birds live in the fireplace. Would recommend looking elsewhere for a room.
