Great location and landlord

I initially rented this room for a year but due to changes in working conditions I requested an extension to 2 years and the landlord was super chill about all of this. The room itself is nice, well heated, adequate internet speed, peaceful and friendly neighbors. The location is great considering its a 10minute distance from the major grocery stores, airport, hospital, and local mall. Generally cold or weak showers are a deal breaker for me and I was glad this location had a nice hot and strong shower that just recently got renovated. It is a bit tricky at first to locate the house from mobile map coordinates, but that is about it with my struggles at this place. Highly recommend this location for both short and long term stays.
