The perfect place for cozy city living!

I stayed at The Owl’s Nest for an extended period of time and it was the perfect place for me to stay! Close enough to all of the city buzz while still being quite enough for remote work during the day. The place was stocked with everything one could need during their stay and was a great and safe place to call home for a while. The bed is very comfortable and the nicely appointed decor makes you feel right at home. Megan was a great host and was very helpful during my stay!! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Megan was very easy to communicate with and I highly recommend staying at the Owls Nest. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary items I needed to cook. I appreciate Megan going above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant and enjoyable Thanks again

Great Short Term Rental!

I LOVED this home for my travel assignment!! I decided to extend my contract for 2 months and my current rental was not available. I contacted M and she responded quickly and worked with me to ensure the move in/move out dates worked for the both of us. The place was very clean and quiet. I had absolutely no issues with my stay but if I did, I know M would take care of it. I highly recommend her home for any traveling professional and would stay again!

Cozy apartment, great location, best landlord

M cozy apartment was a great location for us the last 7 months. Megan is friendly, understanding, communicative, and accommodating, and was very easy to work with. The space is used well to maximize storage and living space, although with 2 people, storage space can become a bit sparse. All appliances are on the older side, but all have been kept in good condition and are reliable. Furniture, bed, dressers/drawers, and kitchen appliances have been well cared for and are in good condition, and the stock of kitchen utensils includes many odd-ball things that came in handy several times during our stay. You can tell M has been very thoughtful in terms of what to include. Best of all, the way the space is set up with decorative touches and thoughtful additions, we felt at home right from the first day we moved in. We're going to miss working with Megan and being in this space. We hope the next tenants have a really awesome experience here as well. Thanks M!

We LOVED the Owls Nest!

The Owls Nest was everything we needed and wanted for a summer stay in Denver. Our dog Ozzy was with us and he especially loved the cute patio area and exploring the quaint surrounding neighborhood. M was a wonderful host responsive when we had questions and very easy to work with. She even went above and beyond and gave Ozzy a toy when we moved in! Would highly recommend staying at the Owls Nest!

lovely home

This home is so cozy and cute. We absolutely loved staying here & wished we could stay longer. The place itself is the perfect size for 1-2 people, with a nice couch, TV, kitchen, and bedroom. Storage is pretty good, all appliances work well, and there is a washer and dryer! :) The location is great - Sloan's lake has great food, breweries, and stores very close by. The lake is perfect for exercise! The landlord is fabulous. She was always incredibly responsive and helpful. We greatly appreciated her & how hard she worked to make the place perfect for us. I would highly recommend the Owl's Nest for short or long-term stays!

Great Denver abode

This is an adorable space. I loved my time here. Each area of the home is well thought out and made versatile. Overall, very homey:)
