Summer Stay

I stayed with Kathy for the duration of my internship (3 months) and I really enjoyed my time! Great location in a safe neighborhood, plenty of space, and good company :) I would recommend to anyone!

Great company, great stay

After having an in person meeting with K, I decided to take residence in her basement since I was working nights. My stay has been fantastic. Shes fun and willing to chat, but is also mindful of my schedule and space. The basement space is perfect for a night shifterno windows and cool. The bed is a memory foam bed that isnt too soft but not super firm. There is a half bath up on the main level and a full bath on the second floor. The home is usually kept cold, but K offers plenty of heaters/fans to help you stay comfortable. Furthermore, she enjoys spending time with my dog while I am at work and is mindful of respecting my boundaries (i.e. asking permission before giving my dog treats/chicken/veggies, etc). She has been very understanding of my dogs accidents with the understanding that I clean up and will help foot the cost for professional cleaning at the end of my stay. I couldnt be happier with my decision to stay with her.
