Amazing place to stay!!
This is the best place to stay in San Jose. I have lived at probably 7 apartments in the last decade (I am a medical student) and never have I had such accommodating and kind landlords. I lived here for about a year and felt like family while I was there. STAY: Safe location. I walked in the park nearby and there were always families around. 5-10 minutes to Regional Medical Center. Nothing ever broke. Extremely clean when I moved in. Quiet. Cute patio area. Queen size comfortable bed, skylight, tv really makes it feel homey. PARKING: Free street parking, lots of space, never not found a spot even if I was coming home late. LANDLORDS: Extremely kind and helpful. Would love running into them and they always made me feel welcomed. They always informed me of any changes around the property that would affect me (days construction nearby may be happening, etc.). Overall, I highly highly recommend staying here! Whether you are a student or a nurse it is a great home away from home!

D and J were great landlords. Their home is cute and I loved my little unit in the back. It was quiet, peaceful and close to a park that I walked at frequently. J and D keep their house and yard very clean and I always felt welcomed and comfortable. Thank you for everything!

Had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful unit during my travel assignment(s) with my partner and I. We enjoyed it so much we kept renewing our contracts! Beautiful and spacious kitchen area where I was able to try out all new kinds of recipes! Comfy couch setup perfect for after work naps or enjoying Netflix on our days off. Perfect Queen sized bed that gave me plenty of good nights rest along with an enormous walk in closet you can't get anywhere else! Land lord D & J were extremely welcoming since day one, always responsive through phone/text, super easy going, and most importantly they made us feel a like FAMLY! Would definitely recommend staying here if working in the Mountain View/Santa Clara/San Jose/Morgan Hill/Gilroy area :-)
