Cozy and convenient!!

C's apartment was exactly as described and she was the most gracious host. The apartment was clean and well-decorated. The electric fireplace in the living room was a perfect touch in the cold months. The location could not be beat - we felt safe the entire time, could walk to the bus to get to the ski resorts, and could drive 5-10 minutes for anything and everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped with any supplies we'd need. The beds were comfortable. C was always easy to contact and communicate with, but always gave us our privacy. Although we left before summer, we were able to use the outdoor seating a couple of times out back or out front, which was an added bonus. The view from the street looking at the mountains is stunning. We'd come back and stay again if we ever find ourselves coming back to SLC. I worked as a travel nurse at Intermountain and it was an easy 12-minute drive. My husband worked remotely and Wi-fi was always fast and reliable.

Great space!

This place was absolutely charming and C did everything to make sure I had everything I could ever possibly need and made me feel so welcome. She had an abundance of cooking supplies, a coffee machine, and even a basket full of everyday necessities in case anything was forgotten during travels. Additionally, this property is located so close to everything, it was only a few minutes drive to anywhere I needed to be. It was a pleasure to stay here and Id recommend it to anyone!

Cute & Cozy!

I stayed in this adorable and cozy home during the month of March 2022 while on a travel nurse assignment. I absolutely loved staying in this space!! The apartment was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated with Utah inspired decor. It had every amenity that couldve hoped for and then some! The host was so kind and thoughtful and made my stay so lovely. I hope to be back one day!

Accurate!

This property was delightful! With 2 quiet bedrooms, a bathroom and a full kitchen, it suited our needs perfectly. The beautiful Utah-inspired decor was warm and colorful. The laundry room is shared, but presented no problems at all. I would love to return for another stay!

Cute AND Convenient

THE CUTEST basement apartment with lots of space and all necessitates needed to feel at home. Landlord is very sweet and reliable. Home is very well kept and in a good safe area. Literally 15 minute drive to university hospital and minutes to the major ski resorts. Highly recommend your stay here
