Comfortable upstairs private stay

Christa is a wonderful host and has a lovely property. She has good recommendations to places in the area and provides wonderful hospitality. The bathroom was cleaned regularly and I always had fresh sheets. Christa herself is very welcoming. She is a great conversationalist, worldly, and great with space if needed. Occasionally, she made homemade meals; which is so sweet. The area is generally quiet and affordable. I felt very comfortable there. The cats are cute and just do their own thing, barely come upstairs unless you let them. Would definitely recommend to stay.

Great place and host!

Kind host. The cats were good company. I always had clean sheets and a clean room and bathroom. I needed an extended stay and Christa said no prob. I also appreciate the occasional home cooked meals. Very satisfied customer

USF Internship

Christa was an amazing host! Her property is conveniently located between the main USF/Moffitt/VA campus and the downtown TGH locations. The upstairs studio was very comfortable, and kept very clean. Christa would clean and change sheets every few days and even made me a home cooked meal during my stay. Would recommend to any professional student or nurse for an extended stay in Tampa!!

The owner is gracious, kind and makes you feel comfortable. She is mindful of anything you need and is the epitome of hospitality. The location is great for anywhere you need to go. I enjoyed my time very much and would recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing Experience!

I cannot say enough great things about my stay here! So welcoming from the time I stepped foot in the door, to the time I walked out (and I must say with tears in my eyes). The living space provided was more than adequate for the price, and anything I could've needed was provided and then some. It was comfortable, spacious, and safe. A bonus was the kitty friends I made during my short stay (I'm an animal lover). I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient place to call home!

Amazing Hospitality

You have the entire upstairs to yourself - bedroom, living room/table area, reading nook, and bathroom. This was my first time sharing a common area and I was hesitant to live with a stranger, but C made it so easy and enjoyable. She has lead an interesting life and is full of knowledge about the area and always willing to assist. She even does all the cleaning and you don't have to lift a finger, especially if you have a busy schedule. All toiletries and needed house gadgets are provided. She is a wonderful, caring host and I can't say enough nice things about her and the experience. There is also a backyard, if you want to just relax and read. She has 4 cats who pretty much just mind their business and go about their day inside/outside the home. If your not a cat person you can always just close the doors upstairs.

Wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay here while working at Tampa General! C is an amazing host who knows a lot about the area and provides great recommendations for her guests. She is very warm and friendly and was a pleasure to come home to after a long day at work. She made sure the bed sheets were changed every few days, provided small treats periodically, and overall ensured a comfortable stay. The upstairs floor is spacious and very cozy. The location is just a 10-15 min drive from downtown, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this place, both for its comfort and wonderful host. This place is truly a gem :)

Great place at a great price!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The place worked perfectly for me working from home. My area on the second floor was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, never an issue. The landlady, C was very hospitable and such a great person. She made sure I always had fresh bedding/towels (bed is super comfortable), clean bathroom and would leave a delicious chocolate on the pillow. C is great to talk with if you ever feel like chatting. Her cats (Kittie, Silvia, Nadia, and Rufus) are friendly and very fun to be around. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Moffitt cancer center

Had a great stay. Very helpful with our situation. Hope to not have to go over to Tampa for the reason we did, but if we did would definitely stay there again. Thank u for everything
