I really felt like I lucked out when I found this house, and I was right! It has all of the things I look for- views (old mill & Pilot butte), a ton of natural light, and walkable to downtown or the market. It also is full of things I didn't know I loved, like heated floors in the bathroom and a lot of fun character that helped a temporary spot feel like home immediately. I really didn't want to leave. I will say that, while it was a lot more than I wanted to spend on rent, it's easy to spend more in Bend and get a LOT less than the amenities and experience I had living here. The grounds are also lovely if you appreciate plants landscaping and fun details. The owners live in a beautiful modern house next door and honest, friendly, and really interesting if you're more social, they're full of good stories! Two of the kindest men I have encountered on my travel nurse journeys. Thanks for everything M and L!
