Quiet rooms near hospitals, UNCC, shopping centers, gym, and restaurants.

Safe and Comfortable Home

The owner of the house is so kind and loving! Made me feel at home during my school rotation in Charlotte. The shared spaces were always clean and inviting and she had spaces set aside in the kitchen for me. Location is so convenient for Atrium Hospital at University or UNCC. Neighborhood is off a backroad so it's a quiet area. Home is just 5 min from a gym and 8 minutes from multiple grocery stores.

Impeccable Host!

My experience at Ms. J's was outstanding! The house was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, making me feel right at home. She was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. The location was perfect, with convenient access to restaurants, UNCC, and hospitals. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely rent a room again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone working in Charlotte!

Amazing Host and Amazing House

The host makes you feel like youre home away from home. Shes very accommodating and is the sweetest person in the world. The room is very spacious for all your things. Nice closet size and the bed is very comfortable. Youre also at a great distance from a few hospitals and for activities around Charlotte. 10/10 no complaints.

Great stay and Host!!

I rented out a room here for 2 contract assignments. This was my 1st time renting out a room, but the host made the process very easy. The host, Ms. J is the sweetest person ever!! She is very proficient and quick to respond about any needs or questions. Very quiet, safe, and friendly home and neighborhood. Room, bathroom, and kitchen are very clean. All necessities were provided (key, washer/dryer, refrigerator, towels, etc.). Would love to stay here again whenever I work in CLT/Concord area.
