As someone who has experienced various rental arrangements, I can confidently say that my 6-month stay at the casita has been nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, I must commend the landlord, Travis, for setting the bar exceptionally high. His dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable living environment is truly unparalleled. Throughout my stay, Travis consistently went above and beyond to address any concerns promptly and with genuine care.His proactive maintenance kept the property pristine. Communication was effortless, and he promptly addressed any concerns. I stayed here for 6 months and could not have been happier. The location is quiet and in a centralized location. This casita is very spacious and definitely the perfect space for one person to stay. I had no issues while staying here. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone in search of a superior rental experience.

Everything you need

T is an excellent host that wont bother you but will answer right away if you need something. The property has everything you need so there isnt a need for start up supplies. The location is also very close to stores and freeways.

Comfortable and Homey

I highly recommend this rental. I was in town for business at a local hospital and a bit of spring golfing in Arizona. I could have rented a hotel, but decided to switch it up and have a kitchen available this time. Very happy with my stay, the property is very close to the Windsor neighborhood with a selection of great restaurants. It was also pretty close to the freeway i used to and from the airport which made traffic a breeze. The property has a comfortable bed, and a tv in the living room that I was still able to have a great view of while in bed since it swiveled off the wall. Great option for long or short term stays. Looking forward to the next time business brings me here so I can stay again.

Feels like home!

Clean, modern, and well kept! I enjoyed my time staying here and was very comfortable. Very close to a lot, its in a great location. Highly recommend!!
