Nice 1 bedroom unit near the University of Memphis

Nice spot, no problems

I stayed here for three months and had no problems at all. The house was comfy, clean and had everything I needed. The area felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Pretty good Rental property

The propriety itself was quite satisfactory. Everything worked and the home was very cozy when I first came. There were a few problems here and there but thats because Memphis/Mid-south is what it is. The host was very hospitable.

Nice 1 Bedroom Unit Near the University of Memphis

I am so grateful that this Unit was available to me during my stay in Memphis. Not only is it a quiet and safe neighborhood but in the perfect location for good food and fun. The Landlord, W was always attentive to my needs and upon my arrival the house was spotless. It had everything I needed right there. The King size bed had the absolute best mattress that a nurse could ever want and need. Needless to say, I will definitely be back for another assignment and stay.

Lovely and cozy home

While staying here we have had nothing but excellent things to say about not only the property but Walter as well. The home itself is cozy and comfortable and centrally located for any need in Memphis. It has been our home and really felt like a home during our time in Memphis. It has everything you need for a long term or short term stay with every amenity you could imagine. The kitchen has every bit of kitchenware and equipment you could need when traveling and is ready to be lived in and enjoyed from the first day. The shower and bath are comfortable and relaxing. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is immensely comfortable. Walter was consistently helpful if we ever needed anything during our stay and was available to help us with any questions we had. We couldn't recommend this property enough!

Outstanding! Feels like home!

This house is so inviting! Beautiful hardwood floors, spacious, huge bedroom and newly renovated bathroom with a large soaking tub w/ nice HOT water!! I loved staying here; it made me feel right at home! Nice, family oriented neighborhood, all my neighbors were very sweet & welcoming! Pleasant place to walk your dog or an afternoon stroll around the block! Close to the zoo & botanical garden! Just minutes away from anything Memphis you could want! Landlord is especially nice, and pulls out all the stops to make you feel right at home! Entire house was full of extras: free Wi-Fi and streaming services, nice TV, wine glasses, corkscrew, cookware, blenders for cocktails, appliances and even a tea/ hot chocolate/ coffee bar with all the fixings! New bedding and linens for all seasons (hot or cold), and blackout shades in the bedroom! You will certainly enjoy this home away from home, as I surely know I did!! I will definitely be coming back to visit if its not already booked!
