Cozy and Quiet Rental with Fenced in Yard and Garage

We loved our stay here! The house was super cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was awesome quiet and safe but still super close to great restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. We loved how close it is to so many parks and frequently took our dog out. The fenced yard was extremely convenient too! Within 15 minutes to the two major hospitals in the area - Barnes and SSM SLUH. The landlord is great - super responsive, flexible, and just easy-going all around. The garage was a bonus for parking, especially in the cold months. It really felt like home, not just another rental. Highly recommend to any travel nurses (or anyone, really!) looking for a comfy, convenient place to land.

Great experience

Highly recommend this place! We had a perfect renting experience and ended up extending our work contract partly because of how much we loved the place and the neighborhood. Very dog friendly with the fenced backyard and safe neighborhood for walks. This is a downstairs unit and you can occasionally hear the people above you but nothing crazy. It had everything we needed. Location is great - close to the hospital we worked at and Target/grocery/restaurants are a 5 min drive away. The landlord is great and very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We definitely recommend this property to anyone interested!
