Amazing stay, 10/10!
I had the privilege of staying at this studio apartment for my very first travel nursing assignment. I could not have been blessed with anything better. The host answered my every need, communicated well, and has such a beautiful family. I was so nervous about this transition but she made me feel very comfortable and that made all the difference. The neighborhood is stunning. I truly fell in love with the city of Kendall. It's clean, there's plenty to do, and the people are really sweet; just make sure you practice your basic spanish because for some businesses that is the primary language. I loved taking walks in the neighborhood, whether for exercise or for a quick grocery story run. There's plenty to do in Kendall but it's also not too far from the attractions people go to Miami for. When I ever come back to Miami, I will definitely reach out again. Thank you for everything!!!

Wonderful private studio with gracious host!
This is a fully renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom studio with its own private entrance. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is surrounded by good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It is close to hospitals in the region for any healthcare provider/student that is working in Kendall. The host was amazing and always willing to help no matter the issue. Would definitely recommend this place!

Safe, cozy and very convenient
I had the pleasure to stay at this really nice studio in a very nice part of Kendall. Shops and restaurants are conveniently located just a few minutes away. It's located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and you have your own parking space. The studio was very nice, it's perfect for a single person or a couple. Plenty of closet space, comfy bed and bathroom and regular size refrigerator which I really liked. The landlord was very welcoming from day one, anything you need is taken care of right away. This is definitely a place I would come to again if I'm ever in the area, I highly recommend it.
