Perfect Location, Spacious, Very Clean, AWESOME Landlord
I stayed in Daphne's condo during my first 4 months living in AZ. Daphne is a very kind soul and truly cares about her tenants. The condo is kept impeccably clean and has everything you need. I also can't say enough good things about the pool, gym, miles of walking/biking paths right outside. I literally used them every day. This living arrangement was heaven! Don't hesitate to rent this beautiful condo from Daphne.

Nurses Getaway
My best friend and I are travel nurses and we stayed at this property for 5 months. This has been our favorite place we have stayed at. The condo is well taken care of. We were provided plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, bed sheets, and any home essentials you can think of. The amenities were a plus. Nice gym, pool, hot tub, and grills. The location is right off Tempe Town Lake. It is about a 10-20 min drive to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Chandler. Which is a huge plus if you want to explore. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views of the lake and amazing condo!
I am a travel nurse and this condo was absolutely perfect for me and was so sad to actually leave because of the amazing experience I had with this property. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet getaway from home with access to so many amenities beautiful pool with hot tub, gym and bbq area with a breath taking balcony view of Tempe town lake. This condo is absolutely beauitful, safe, quiet and relaxing for enjoying your time off from work as well as being able to walk into your backyard and relax into a beautiful oasis that makes you forget all the stressors of work (especially nursing) and truly make you feel as though you are on a luxury vacation everyday. D ( property owner) is an exceptional person who will go out of her way to make your stay truly unforgettable. She is truly one of a kind and made the transition into being far away from family/friends an easy one. I was absolutely blessed to have found this property and to have met D who I cant thank more!!!
