Cozy Condo Nestled Between Old Town and Horsetooth

Wonderful Experience

This was a wonderful place to stay. We are a family of four, and we stayed in this condo with our infant and toddler for two months during the summer of 2023. We really enjoyed our stay here. The place has a warm and friendly feel to it, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to parks, restaurants, and stores. The condo is bright, spacious, and equipped with enough appliances, furniture, and kitchenware to make it feel like a home away from home. We particularly liked sitting on the balcony to enjoy the summer weather. C is a great landlord who was very attentive to our needs. He responds promptly to any questions or concerns while also giving us the space to enjoy our time. We look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in renting a short- or long-term lease.

Cute little condo

Beautiful nicely decorated condo close to downtown Fort Collins and horsetooth reservoir with nice hiking trails. Owners are prompt in responding to questions and concerns. Big king bed in upstairs loft. Guest room has a smaller bed and pull out bed. The dryer you might have to run twice to dry your clothes and I had issues with the hot water at first, owners quickly addressed and the hot shower lasts about 20 minutes
