Cute Place

Looks just like the pictures. Mina and family are lovely people. Neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. Parking on the street is always available. Walking distance to delicious restaurants and shopping center.

Fantastic

I stayed here for a year for my training at Cedars-Sinai and have no hesitations recommending this posting! The unit was comfortable and had everything I needed, it's in a super safe neighborhood, and is centrally located to see the sights of Los Angeles. Mina was an exceptionally responsible and respectful landlord. I would be happy to stay here again.

A Peaceful Haven for Medical Professionals

I enjoyed staying at this guest house during my nursing assignment, and I highly recommend it! Nice Stay

I originally planned to stay in this unit for 3 months, but I stayed an additional 4 because the accommodations were great and the unit was central to West Hollywood and West LA. Mina was receptive to issues and resolved them quickly. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

LA Rental

I loved staying at this rental! M and her husband were accommodating and had a quick response time whenever I needed something. The place was small, but clean and had all the essentials you need. I was only about a ten minute drive to work in the mornings. The neighborhood felt very safe, I would take walks in the evenings. Very easy walk to a Target down the street. If I needed to stay in L.A. again, I would definitely stay here!

Peaceful and convenient location

This little studio was very pleasant and convenient for my stay. It's in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and literally less than 10 minutes to Kaiser West LA where I had a contract. It is also close to K-town and all the great restaurants. M and her husband were very accommodating and helpful. Parking is on the street but pretty easy to find even in the evening. I wish I could have stayed longer!!
