Two Interns Enjoyed our 3-month Stay
This is a comfortable, modern apartment. It is beautifully furnished and has a fully-equipped kitchen. The neighbors are kind and the area is relatively safe. Brian is responsive and accommodating. He is honest and an outstanding host. I had a great experience staying here, and would certainly recommend Brian's condo to anyone looking for a place to live in Long Beach.

Home away from home
Stayed and lived here on a travel assignment for 2 years (September 2022-October 2024) The condo was perfect, parking garage is a big plus. Got everything I need. Area is safe and the surrounding neighborhood. Brian and Allison are very accommodating. And they always checked if I need anything or if there's any problem. I asked a couple of favors during my stay and they're very considerate of it. The place is close to everything from grocery store, restaurant, shopping center and hospitals. they even have parks nearby. I'm going to miss this place. If I get another chance to go back I will choose to stay here again. Thank you Brian & Allison! God bless!

Great space for great price
Large, clean apartment exactly as pictured with comfortable furniture. The private garage was a big plus! Located in a safe neighborhood, close to major freeways, restaurants and everyday shopping areas. B.L. was quick to respond to any questions I had.

B.L. was an amazing host and really accommodated me throughout my stay. The parking is a huge plus especially in Long Beach.

Perfect Place for Traveling Professionals!
B and A have gone above and beyond in making this place feel cozy, updated, and clean. From the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable linens and Roku TV, this apartment is extremely well-equipped for traveling professionals. B himself is also very accommodating and responsive when any questions or problems arise. The local neighborhood is pleasant and has tons of restaurants on the local strip. My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for eight weeks and it quickly became our home away from home. We wish we could've lived here longer. I believe anyone who books this stay with B will be very happy.
