An Amazing Stay!

I really enjoyed staying at this nice apartment in downtown Columbia, South Carolina.The place comes with everything you may need (linen, kitchen items, soap, furniture, etc). You really don’t have to bring anything extra, which makes the move-in & move-out process easy and simple. There’s also a lot of living space in this loft and it feels very homey. Jenna is a caring and hospitable host. The location is within 5 minutes driving distance to Prisma Health Richland & Baptist too. I’m very grateful that I had the chance to experience living here, because it was awesome. Thank you!

The perfect columbia stay

This was my first time moving away from home, and from the start Jenna and her family made me feel so welcome. The neighborhood felt super safe and was so close to everything which was amazing. From coffee shops, restaurants, downtown, and the hospitals, everything is about a 5-10 minute drive and so conveniently located. The loft comes fully furnished with kitchen utensils, linens, etc. I didn't have to bring anything extra. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. 100% recommend and would definitely come back!!

Fantastic Cola Apartment

As a healthcare student in Cola for just a few months, this apartment helped me to feel safe and right at home! Jenna and her whole family were so welcoming and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed and even inviting me to dinner! The apartment was very comfortable and had just about everything you could need, including plenty of kitchen utensils and various extra linens. This property was also very conveniently located, both near highways and close to downtown, making it easy to get to coffee shops, restaurants, and all the markets and events in downtown Cola. I would recommend this apartment to anyone needing a place to stay in Columbia!

J and her whole family were great. I really appreciated the privacy, the close proximity to Prisma Baptist, the modern appliances, Js responsiveness, and a long list of other things. No notes. 10/10

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. With my first travel nurse assignment away from home, they made me feel so welcomed. The apartment was just what I needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with what I needed to make some good meals. Everything was well thought out. There were even extra sheets for the bed! If there was ever a question or a problem, the owners were very responsive! I feel very lucky to have found this place during my 6 months in SC.

The Perfect Place to Live

As a traveling medical professional, finding a safe and ready-to-live-in home for my rotations has often been difficult to come by. When I arrived in Columbia and at this loft, I immediately felt at home. The owners and their family are incredible and so welcoming. They are kind and considerate people and are always within reach should you need anything. The apartment has absolutely everything you may need and is updated, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and has so many things within walking distance (breweries, coffee shops, the minor league baseball stadium, REI, parks, etc.) and always filled with friendly "hello's" from neighbors when out on a walk or a run. My 4 months here were absolutely wonderful and enjoyable for many reasons - most of those reasons stemming from this wonderful and safe place to temporarily call home. I would absolutely recommend this location for your time in this awesome city!
