Amazing place, amazing landlords

I stayed for four months and had zero complaints. The home is lovely, has comfy furniture, new appliances and basically anything you could need. Shelley is so lovely, offering recommendations to local food and spots to explore. Her and her husband took care of any issues instantly. Truly such a gem of a home/landlords!

Home away from home!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Shelly & Tims home. They were always a call or text away! If I needed anything and communicated clearly and promptly throughout my stay. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this home.

Finding a place to stay in an unfamiliar area is never easy, but thanks to Tim and Shelley, I was able to stay comfortably without any worries. During the past five months in Waldorf for work, I felt at ease and experienced no inconvenience. Im leaving Waldorf with fond memories. Thank you so much!

Great Space!

I stayed here for my first ever travel contract and Shelly and Tim made it such a great and easy first experience. With this being my first contract I was extremely nervous about the whole process but Shelly and Tim were so helpful in answering any questions I had and were quick to pop over if I needed something! I would recommend this space to anyone looking to travel to this area! I have no complaints!!

Home away from home....

Tim & Shelly were great hosts; always just a phone call away. They were kind, considerate & attentive to any concerns that could arise. The house was clean quiet, the perfect home away from home. It was safe & is located in a good neighborhood. The property is less than 20 minutes from Southern Medstar Hospital. I would certainly stay here again if ever in the area again.

Home away from home

Great place to stay while on contract. House shared with other medical travelers. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen for your personal items. Quiet neighborhood. Landlords live close by, and are quick to respond if needed.

Fantastic Stay!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The house is clean, organized, labeled, and geared for travel health care workers. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and perfect for a good nights rest. I had no issues with my stay and the owners were kind enough to send restaurant and trail recommendations as I was new to the area. I would recommend this host/property to anyone working in the area.

Perfect place

T and Ss place was perfect for my travel assignment! The one room apartment was spacious and had everything I needed. The high ceilings gave it an open feel and the location was great. It was a little further than some options for Charles Regional in La Plata, but it looked a lot nicer than those options and Im glad I made the choice I did! The house is all travelers and they have some rooms available in the house for cheaper, but I wanted the private option. All in all a great place to stay and I will certainly come back if I am in the area! They even brought me some fresh veggies and eggs from time to time, and were very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to inquiries.

Great little rental

Great little property for new homeowners trying to help travelers. The owners are very accomodating and helped when my contract had to end earlier than expected. They provided bedding and cleaning supplies with enough kitchen space and appliances. Also helped that the other travelers while i was there were on opposite schedules as me. Master bedroom that I stayed in has its own shower/toilet and I would definitely recommend for people looking in Southern Maryland.
