Wonderful apartment!

This apartment was wonderful for us as we settled into Seattle. We both worked from home and there was plenty of space for both of us. The location is awesome, being so close to so much food, transportation, and green lake! Jennie, the landlord, was a joy and made any issue painless.

3-time repeat renter!

We LOVED staying at Jennie's rental! We actually loved it so much the first time, that we rented with her again twice more. The location is perfect in the heart of Wallingford, close to everything you need, including a QFC, tons of restaurants, the bus stop to UW / to Ballard, and a short walk to Green Lake. The unit itself was great - it had everything we needed including the small things like tupperware, an instant pot, and plenty of cleaning products and supplies. Jennie was so helpful and communicative throughout all of our stays. We loved working with her! She is probably the best landlord we have ever worked with, and we have worked with a lot in the past. No doubt that if we ever needed a rental in Seattle again, we would book again with Jennie!

Wonderful Landlord and Location

This is a great place to stay, both due to the landlord and the location. Fremont, Ballard, Greenlake, Downtown are not far away from this location. Wallingford itself is a great walkable neighborhood. The landlord is incredible and very attentive to any needs I had. I had my own assigned parking spot the whole time I was there. This is a place I will definitely be returning to when I come back to Seattle. For reference it was a 10-15 minute drive to Seattle Childrens hospital. Very easy to get to without having to get on the highway. Ideal apartment for travelers.

Perfect stay!

Couldnt have asked for a better place to call home in seattle! The apartment is the perfect size and has everything youd need for a comfortable stay. Loved the neighborhood! So walkable to everything and feels safe! Jennie is the best landlord, very responsive and easy to get ahold of and goes above and beyond what most landlords would do! Couldnt recommend more!!!!

Amazing!!

I stayed here for about 4 months. Wonderful location with walking access to a bunch of restaurants. Also very close to green lake. J is great and quick to respond/help with any issues or concerns. I am a single female traveler and always felt super safe. I definitely reccomend to other travelers!

Perfect location and size

Wonderful location in close proximity to so many great spots in seattle. Close walking distance to gas works, green lake and wallingford/fremont. Safe location, reserved parking is great. Other tenants are pleasant and no complaints about noise. The apartment has everything you could possibly need to move into. Wish I wasn't leaving Seattle or else I'd stay here for much longer! J is great and happy to have her managing the complex.

Terrific for travelers

My husband and I have stayed at a lot of different apartments over our years of traveling and this was our favorite. We absolutely love the Wallingford neighborhood and the building is so walkable both to the strip of restaurants and to Greenlake / Woodland park. The apartment and building are very clean and everything we could have needed was there when we arrived. The apartment is large with a ton of closet space. J is incredibly responsive and accommodating. We are sad to be moving and will miss living here. We would absolutely recommend Midvale Manor to any travel nurse coming to the area!

Amazing all around!

I LOVED this apartment! Its absolutely huge and in a great location close to tons of restaurants and things to do! J is amazing and always makes herself available and shes seriously the best landlord Ive ever had! She makes sure you have everything you need and are comfortable! Theres a convenient garage attached to this building which I loved! (Parking in Seattle is rough, but theres actually tons of space around the building to park as well) I would 100% recommend J and this apartment!

Seattle's Best Living

If you want safety, peace, & convenience, look no further than Midvale Manor. I had zero issues living here. J is responsive & the absolute best landlord when it comes to making every tenant feel at home. She will address any issues that arise quickly. She even put snacks out on Fridays for the tenants. I never heard my neighbors, but when we did cross paths everyone was pleasant & even gave ideas of places/restaurants to visit in the area. I've lived quite a few places and Midvale Manor was hands down the best apartment. Don't miss the chance to live here!

This is going to be a rave

Ive stayed at this apartment for a total of 7 months. This apartment was everything i need and more. Im a travel nurse who worked at UW NW and my drive to work was literally 10 minutes. People loved coming over to my place because this apartment is located in wallingford- you can just have a very short walk to so many bars/restaurants. J provided me with my own parking space in the garage. This area is one of the safest neighborhoods in seattle but the extra comfort of knowing my car was in a garage and couldn't get broken into on the street was amazing. It was a quiet apartment with the best neighbors who also happened to be travel nurses and so we became friends and would walk down the street to get drinks together. The laundry room is located on the same floor the room next to the apartment so id often go out in my pj's. It takes a total of $2.50 for one load however jennie provides you with the quarters and takes it out of your monthly balance. Actually so sad to leave!!!

Best apartment I've ever stayed in!

This apartment was a delight to stay in. I stayed here during an internship, for which I had to move across the country. It was essential for me to stay in a furnished apartment, but this apartment (and the landlord) goes above and beyond. When I arrived, the landlord had had left delicious pastries for me and the apartment was fully stocked with toiletries, cleaning supplies, new towels, and new bedsheets. The amenities were great -- a complete kitchen (utensils, pots and pans, tupperware, etc.; garbage disposal, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, etc.), a great area to work from home (which I often used), and a comfortable living area (+ smart TV). The neighborhood is fantastic and walkable, with great restaurants and bars, nearby convenience and grocery stores, and fun boutiques. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone -- and hope to come back next summer and stay in this building again. It's been a pleasure!
