Perfect Accommodations

This cottage is the perfect one bedroom with the most accommodating host! I thoroughly enjoyed this process from the first contact to signing and moving in to the day of departure. The host is a joy to work with. The unit has everything one would need and the instructions for everything were written out. Everything is thought out for this quiet space in a charming town. I would highly recommend this owner and unit.

Exceptional!

I stayed at this property for nine months and was SO sad to leave. The cottage was everything I could have hoped for and more! I felt extremely safe (especially as a single female) while staying at the cottage and exploring the neighborhood. The owners were so kind and excellent hosts, very responsive and accommodating! The cottage itself has everything you need: parking, TV, in unit washer and dryer, full kitchen (including a dishwasher), very comfortable bed, and a newly remodeled bathroom. The cottage also has a private patio with furniture. The location is great too. Walking distance to downtown historic Clayton, where the town hosts several festivals and fairs and a short drive to Concord and Walnut Creek. You won't regret staying here!!!

Wonderful cottage

Perfect location, very easy drive into Walnut Creek or Concord. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and landlords are very responsive. Plenty of privacy and a lovely garden view. The unit is very comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities.
