Absolutely GREAT!!

Being an ExPat and living abroad for the last 30+ years, this has been the BEST STAY EVER. Great location, minutes from fine shopping and amenities (15 mins from Airport/ Target just a few minutes away and Downtown a two min drive) -- overall just a great place to be. Updated, super clean, fantastic HVAC, generously furnished, personal parking space just outside door, super quiet location, is more than I would have expected. Thank you Ms. K for being very kind, attentive, communicative, and overall just a very nice professional landlord; It has been a pleasure from the start and I highly recommend Ms. K and this home for those looking for a truly great experience while living abroad. 10/10 place to stay!

I had the absolute pleasure of living in this Sacramento home for about a year and a half, and I can honestly say it was one of the best rental experiences Ive ever had. The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. but what truly made this place feel like home was the incredible landlady. She is kind, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants feel comfortable and taken care of. Any time I had a question, a small request, or any repairs she responded promptly and with such warmth! It really made all the difference. It was clear that she takes great pride in creating a welcoming, clean, and well-cared-for living environment. I felt truly lucky to have found this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful home.

A great small space. It had everything I needed for me and my pup. We stayed for about 9 months and never had any issues. K is a fantastic land lady, responsive, and easy going. The location is also great, close to so many things with a great park right nearby.
