E's place was absolutely amazing! The backyard is very relaxing and it is in a great location close to the park for walking. E is very responsive and helpful with any questions. Would definitely look to stay here again if back in the area!

Great Place to Stay

E's house is a great place to stay. The house is clean, there is plenty of parking and is located in a good neighborhood. It is within walking distance to the Marina park. E is an amazing host and is readily available if you need anything. 10/10 would recommend.

Exceptional experience

First off E is an amazing landlord! She throughly makes sure your stay is accommodating the entire time youre there. The home is always clean and extremely quiet. Great roomies that are also medical professionals which I rarely saw! Also I was only 3 minutes from the hospital I worked at and 6-7 minutes from a nearby outlet mall and gym! I worked at kaiser San Leandro so this spot is Hidden gold! Thanks again so much for the opportunity and I hope to work with you again!

Best property

This was the best experience of my life. The place is very clean, quiet and affordable. The owner is always a phone away & quick yo help. The roommates are very nice. Very beautiful neighborhood. Best Place to Stay

My stay at Esmes was one of my most cleanest and safest places to stay. Her hospitality is so wonderful and she makes sure that you have everything that you would need while you're there. If I was to ever go back to that area I pray that one of her rooms are available. Do not hesitate because her rooms go fast. Trust me stay here, you'll never regret it

Awesome place

The property - The rooms are a good size and everything is neat and tidy. The very first thing I noticed when I came in the house is that it's well maintained and squeaky clean. A living room you can relax on and just chill. Cooking in the kitchen is a pleasure with cookware, utensils and plates all provided. There is also a backyard if you want to read a book or get some fresh air, with a barbecue grill as a bonus. Location - Its in a quiet neighborhood. Three cars can park on the driveway and you can also park on the road without worrying about your car being broken into. There are restaurants and grocery stores that are about 8-10 minutes walking distance from the place. The hospital where I worked at is five minutes away, tops. The Marina park is about half a mile away where you can go for a brisk walk, jog, run, or bike which is what I like most about the place. The place is awesome. The Owner maintains the property very well and she is an angel to work with. 5 stars!

Lovely property

Very quiet and lovely neighbourhood. Close to the hospital where I worked. The landlord is an angel, pay attentions to the needs of the tenant. I would definitely stay at this house again.
