This 2b/1b basement apartment is perfectly located if you are a medical profesional looking for a place close to OHSU!! Its also located a short walk from many Marquam trailheads. You have a private parking spot in the driveway. Be aware that parking near and around the neighborhood for additional guests may be tight. S may be able to get your guests a visitors parking pass if theres one available at the time. The neighborhood itself is beautiful. You can tell everyone takes pride in their yards and gardens. Please be respectful and dont allow your pets to pee/poo and run around on their lawns/gardens. Although you dont have access to the backyard, you have a small side patio where the private entrance to the apartment is located. Be mindful that there is a large flight of stairs down to the unit. They can get very slippery when wet outside. The apartment has everything you need. It can get warm during peak summer but S provided a portable AC and fans. S is an amazing host
