The Perfect Downtown Living Experience

My stay at ICON has been one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the two-story layout, balcony, and open windows made it feel like more than just a place to stay—it truly felt like a home where I could relax. What stood out most was how peaceful and quiet it was, especially being right downtown near Petco Stadium. It offered the perfect balance of being close to everything while still having a calm space to come back to. The staff made a huge difference in my experience. They were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help. Pete, in particular, went above and beyond—quick to respond, patient, and genuinely caring.

Great location

Great condo in downtown San Diego! Walk to Gaslamp and multiple restaurants, coffee shops, bars and parks. We really enjoyed being across the street from Petco and going to the baseball games. The rooftop was also a very nice plus! Condo had everything we needed. Gym is well equipped and the building is keycard entry so we felt very safe. Pete, the property manager, is very responsive. We loved our time here!

Great condo!

We felt very safe in this condo and it had great amenities including a large gym as well as access to the roof top, which has amazing sunset views. If you plan to go to a Padre's game you can't beat being across from Petco Park and being able to see the stadium from the roof top. The view from the condo's balcony isn't incredible as it faces the library, but you can see the Coronado bridge and it's an especially great view at sunset. Inside the furniture is a bit mismatched and older, but overall it is a very cozy apartment with every utensil you'd imagine in the kitchen and a large TV in the living room with plenty of room. If you're looking to stay downtown during your assignment I would highly recommend staying here.
