I stayed at Nicks wonderful place for a few weeks and enjoyed my time there. To begin, the location was great, everything I needed was within 15 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and felt extremely safe. The place was a great size, he provided everything I needed for my stay and was there if I needed anything. Being I was there over summer, the place stayed cool which was a nice bonus. He communicated well and was very welcoming. I would stay here again if needed.
