Landlord was prompt and responsive to all inquires. Home was clean and quiet. It exceeded our expectations.

Peaceful Stay

The place is very quit, cozy and has such an artistic vibe. The owner is very nice and organized. Contacting the owner is very easy and simple. I enjoyed the driveway parking. It is close to some shopping centers. 10 minutes to the nearest interstate and minutes from downtown Rochester. I look forward to staying again.

Awesome Stay

I had the pleasure of staying at this Sun Casa. The owner was really nice and easy to get in touch with, my stay was very quiet and clean. It makes you feel like you are at home, if I need a getaway while work is being done at my home. I would definitely see if a pleasant home is available. I had an awesome and peaceful time thanks again.

Excellent Accomodations

I'm writing this review to express my satisfaction and gratitude to Ms. Pat for her hospitality. My siblings and I met with her to tour her townhouse as we had need for out of town family to stay during a funeral. During our tour, we found the unit in excellent shape, appliances' clean and in good working condition, bedrooms were lovely, clean with firm mattress. Our family had a wonderful experience staying at there and happily recommend this townhouse to any and all interested parties. We would gladly use this residence again. The Scott Family

Disappointing Experience

I had a very disappointing experience staying at this property. Upon arrival, I met with the landlord who seemed to be a nice lady until the next day when I called her about the deplorable condition of the house. At first, when she and I did the walk-through, I was thinking that I will able to clean the house up to my standard, oh no...The cleanliness was severely lacking, with visible dirt and grime throughout the space, oven, and the refrigerator. This not only made the environment unpleasant but also raised serious health concerns. I started coughing, congested, having high temp, and thinking that it was allergy and will go away, nope. Severe mold issues that caused a persistent, unpleasant smell. The landlord came to the house twice without providing the require 24 hours notice. The lack of proper notice made me feel unsafe and insecure to the point that I had to file a police report for trespassing. Her washer machine never worked, I had to hand wash my clothes. I had to pay her $1700 for me only but because my friend was thinking about coming, the landlord said that it'll be another $300, however, if my friend changed her mind, that $300 will be refunded back to me. My friend's sister passed away and informed the landlord, then things changed right away, "no refund." I even contacted Furnished Finder which they advised me to seek legal help. Despite my attempts to address the problems with the property owner, my health deteriorated significantly that I had no other choice but to cancel my contract and go back home. I ended up staying there for less than a month on a 3 months lease. I strongly advise caution and recommend throughout vetting both the property and landlord before renting. Please don't let that nice, innocent, godly face fool you!
