What a great spot, I would definitely stay again! In fact, I enjoyed my stay so much last spring that I decided to come back after my summer travels :D The place is perfect for me (a remote working professional) and can host the occasional overnight guest (though it gets cozy). There are great views of the yard + neighborhood from the indoor work perch as well as from the south facing stairs. Additionally, the neighborhood is lovely and makes for perfect morning/evening strolls with the option of the greenway nearby for longer walks/bike rides. Cindy is super kind, responsive via phone when needed, and generally brings the good vibes :D Can't wait for my next stay!

I am a travel nurse and stayed at this property for a month. It was my first time using FF and had a really great experience. C was great! Very welcoming, responsive, and kind. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood near Mission, the riverfront, and a main street where there is a grocery store and little restaurants. Walkable or less than a 10min drive. The apartment was super cozy! The bed was so comfortable! The appliances and wifi worked as expected. It has all the amenities you need for a longer stay. I didn't have any issues while here, other than a bee that was hovering around the stairs. When I told C about it, she quickly checked it out for me so I wouldn't be afraid to "go home." I felt very safe and at home during my time here. 10/10 recommend! I'd come stay here again for sure!

Peaceful and pleasant

Loved my stay here, had zero issues. It was great being in a such a quiet neighborhood close to Carrier Park. I work from home so it was really nice having my own place to fully focus without sharing walls or having other people around. The wifi worked perfectly for me throughout my stay. I could tell the place was going to be cozy the second I walked in - brand new and well put together. The comfy bed, walk-in shower, and three storage closets were huge bonuses for me. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of extra cabinet space. Appliances worked as expected and it was easy to regulate the temperature of the place. C was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and she sent the deposit back to me very soon after moving out. Would definitely return!

C was amazing, and available when/if you needed her. The studio was cute, cozy, and newly renovated.

The best of Asheville West

Location: easy access to all that AVL West AND downtown (8 min) has to offer! Yet, this street is quiet, peaceful, and friendly (I interacted with many of the neighbors on multiple morning walks). Speaking of morning walks, the hills surrounding this property are excellent butt burners. The rental: clean, new, charming, modern yet cozy, with all the amenities necessary to either get out and enjoy AVL or stay in and chill. I did both. The landlord: C is so easy and flexible to work with. In my opinion, its C that makes this rental shine. Shes a thorough communicator, friendly, helpful and super chill. Having her residence right next door provides a level of comfort, and yet she goes about her business and extends the same to renters. I highly recommend Cs Furnished Finder rental!

Peaceful and cozy with a great location

I stayed for six months in this adorable little apartment, which felt more like a tiny house than an apartment. It was the perfect home base for me to work remotely as a digital nomad and explore all that Asheville has to offer. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare basic meals, the A/C and heat worked perfectly, and there was lots of storage space for my belongings. I loved having off-street parking, all the streaming services on the TV, and a washer and dryer in the unit. The steps leading up to the apartment acted like a deck. The neighborhood is quiet, yet it's an easy walk to Haywood Road, where you can find everything you want- coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, boutiques. It's an equally easy walk to the riverfront too. I felt safe and welcome in this home and also in the neighborhood. The host was kind, communicative and very responsive when I had questions or requests. I would stay here again in a heartbeat next time I return to Asheville.

Awesome Property

As a travel nurse that has been traveling for years, this was the perfect home and location. Peaceful neighborhood, less than 10 minutes to Mission Hospital, super cute, comfortable and modern furnishings. Loved that it had a washer/dryer in unit and a kitchenette complete with stovetop/oven. It was the perfect stay. C was so kind and hospitable. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Asheville Stay

This was such a cute little space and was perfect for my time in Asheville. Light and airy and seemed so much bigger than it was! Right around the corner from a park with lots of walking paths and the rivers and super convenient to Mission Hospital. I love the outdoors and spent a lot of time at the park in my eno hammock! Furniture was super comfortable, and I was obsessed with the couch. Everything was so well decorated and inviting. The host was so lovely and easy to work with. If I'm ever in Asheville again, I will probably reach out and see if I can stay here again. I'm so glad I choose this property for my stay in Asheville!
