Highly Recommend!

I had a great time staying here during my contract this fall! The location was perfect, walkable to downtown Puyallup and very close to Good Sam. All of the housemates were friendly and respectful. All of the shared spaces were very clean and there was plenty of room in the kitchen, pantry and fridge. My room was spacious with a ton of open closet space. Landlords are very nice and responsive. Definitely recommend staying here, and I would book again if I return to WA!

The Cascade Suite

I loved staying here over the summer. The location was super convenient for working at Good Sam and the neighborhood was quiet. There is lots of parking space available for everyone at the house, as well as space in the kitchen/pantry/fridges! Never had an issue and my roommates were awesome. Everyone was kind and respectful and quiet. I worked day shift but a couple of my roommates were night shift and said the house was still quiet while they were sleeping during the day. The room itself was spacious and so was the bathroom. I had lots of storage space for my things. The landlord is also amazing and very responsive. Overall, I loved living here and would definitely stay again if I was in the area on another work contract! :)

Amazing Experience

I stayed for a year and it was incredible. Location is perfect as it is walking distance to many food options, including the Farmer's Market. It is a quick walk to the Washington State Fair if you're here around the time that it is open. It is about a 20-30 minute drive to Tacoma, and a 45-60 minute drive to Seattle. The area is also very safe and the people around are generally friendly. The fridge and pantry are organized so that each roommate has their own spot, but there is room for overflow groceries and extra sauces/spices if needed. Having a huge kitchen was a plus, especially if you're really into cooking. Landlord is always responsive for any issues that may occur in the house. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here for anyone who has a contract in this area.

Perfect

C and B are the perfect landlords. I enjoyed staying at their home in this room sooo much. Best house I have ever stayed in while being a travel nurse. Very spacious with a beautiful yard. Great location. Very quick response to any issue that may arise. It has almost every kitchen equipment you might need. I work nights so I was worried about so noise. It was rare that I got woke up by noise. Very quiet. If I come back in a year I sure hope my room is available!!!

Great Place to stay in Puyallup

C was a great Landlady she was prompt with responding and giving us heads up with anything that was going on in and around the house. The location is great! Walking distance from everything.

Spacious room

I really enjoyed my time here. Room was very spacious with a private bathroom and lots of storage. The owners were very kind hearted, respectful and responsive. The house was very clean and each room had designated space within the fridge and pantry. All the roommates were either nurses or worked in the healthcare profession and therefore, everyone was very mindful of noise levels, in case you were concerned about being in a shared house while working night shift. Due to our work schedules, sometimes the only time I would see the roommates, was when we were coming or leaving. The location is great and only a 5 to 10 min drive to Good Sam depending on the time of day. Theres also enough parking for everyone in the house and no it is not street parking. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Room

The Cascade suite was really nice and comfortable. I enjoyed having my own bathroom and the shower was very spacious. The room also has a porch off of it which was nice. The house overall was very spacious and the yard was lovely. Great location and I really enjoyed the housemates I had. C and B were kind, communicative, and responsive to any issues. Location was great for Good Sam and not far from other hospitals either. I'd definately recommend it, or stay there again if I was in the area.

Property Review

Great experience staying on this property. Spent half of my stay in one of the private apartments and the other half was spent in a room in the house. Both were wonderful. Great location and the property itself is very well kept. C is always quick to respond to any issues that may arise. The perfect place to call home in the beautiful state of Washington!

Sparks suite

The room was in a wonderful house with wonderful owners! The house is very spacious and clean. The sparks suite has a private bath with a view of Rainer on a nice day. The bedroom has large windows and tons of storage space! I loved my stay here, a great home when I was away from my own!
