Nice, spacious, comfortable property. Fully equipped with everything you need. Close to stores, highways and gas stations. Quiet neighborhood. No issues. Landlord Kyle is super nice and responsive. He answered all questions. If you need anything just text and he will get it done. I stayed here for 2 contracts and would definitely stay again if I am in the area again. Thank you Kyle

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay if youre working at any hospitals in Downtown Indy. Quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors. K is a great landlord, and responds to any questions/concerns quickly. Would definitely stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this cute little house, it was perfect!! And so close to University Hospital!!! The host, K, was great and quickly responded to any questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! If I'm ever back in Indy I'll hit you up!!

great place to stay in between avon hospital and downtown

great property, newly renovated. i worked at iu health avon and it was about 15 min drive. the landlord was very responsive and walked me through getting into the house even though i arrived at 4am. there is a security system but i dont think its necessary. i worked night shift and flew home to florida and sometimes packages would sit outside for days with no issues. the neighborhood is ok but the street this place is on is great.. quiet and safe. neighbors were friendly and only a quick drive or 10$ uber to get downtown. inside, the house had everything i needed and the landlord even put some snacks for me to enjoy upon my arrival. 10/10 would recommend this house and landlord to anyone heading out that way.
