Beach Vibes 3 Bedroom Near Pismo

Excellent place to stay in Grover Beach

We had a great overall stay for three months for remote work and area exploration. The owners are very responsive, a nice blend of locally-based personal touch with professional approach. The house was comfortable and clean, and nicer even than the pictures. The kitchen was well-equipped for our extensive daily use, and the eating area easy for two and doable for four. Internet was sufficient for remote work including frequent video calls. The bedrooms worked for office and guest space, beds/bedding was comfortable, and the heavy blackout drapes in one were much appreciated. Note for medical and/or shift workers - with the newer flooring and hallway arrangement, sound travels easily between rooms. The neighborhood was remarkably quiet especially at night and we enjoyed walking and biking for errands and recreation. We enjoyed the front patio, and appreciated the garage with easy access to the washer and dryer, and partially covered outdoor storage behind it for our bikes and kayaks.

Amazing Location and Stellar Host

I needed a place for a week in the Central Valley and stayed here. The host, G, was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions or concerns. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach or having a dinner out in the downtown area of Pismo. The neighborhood was quiet, and some friendly neighbors greeted us nicely. We had to do some work remotely, and there were no issues regarding connectivity/Wi-Fi. There is a nice driveway space and space inside the garage to park inside. There was a really nice kitchen inside with tablespace that allowed us to have fun with home-cooked meals. There are plenty of windows that are easy to open, allowing a very cool breeze inside the home. Spacious areas in the back and fully functional washer and drier. I would definitely stay here again.

Great beach home

My family and I enjoyed our time spent at this Grover beach home. The home is very comfortable and was spacious enough for my two young kids. We often enjoyed the nice evenings on the front porch. This home offers everything you need with close proximity to San luis obispo or Santa Maria. The location cant be beat. The neighborhood is safe and walking distance to parks some restaurants and shopping stores. The beach is only a few short miles away bringing in beautiful breeze morning and night. The owners are great. Very responsive and communicative. Its truly a great home away from home.
