Perfect cozy stay
Staying with Linda was one of the highlights to my stay in Houston! Safe neighborhood and good proximity to the city! Loved the big bathroom and walk in closet! Linda provided everything I needed to have a successful stay and was always available for any questions! The trail and pool is gorg, and even got a couple work outs in! She even helped me fill my tire! Gunna miss her so much!! Great host! A+++

Such a comforting stay!
This rental was the perfect space for my internship. I knew there was a nice pool & gym coming in but I didnt expect the trail to be so nice! You could easily catch the sunset every night against the water - such a great view during my walks. Youll see people running by all the time so it always felt safe HEB & Kroger are also less than 10 minutes away so grocery shopping was very convenient. Really appreciated her allowing me to use her kitchenware too. The living space overall was very tidy & reasonably priced. I felt like I had more than enough space for storage which was HUGE for me considering I always pack a lott. Linda was more than happy to discuss things whether in-person or text! Her being easy to talk to helped in making the stay more comfortable. Shes very accommodating so I wouldnt even hesitate if youre considering this space!

Best Stay in Houston
I loved this home and Linda was amazing such a great housemate. Upon arrival the space was super clean and cozy. The bedroom is spacious with lots of natural light and the shower has a rainfall shower head! The community has a pond, walking trail, and nice gym also the sun sets over the pond every night. I would definitely stay here again if Im ever back in Houston. Definitely book this one!! Its close enough to downtown but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

A great place and a great host!
My time at this property was amazing! The location is super convenient and close to Katy and Houston! The neighborhood is great with a walking trail and neighborhood gym and lap pool. Also, being less than 5 minutes away from an HEB was great as well! I really enjoyed my stay here, and would recommend to anyone!
