Fantastic Denver space

I stayed here for 3 months and the place was perfect. There's lots of nearby place to walk to, and downtown Denver and the front range are super short drives. The apartment itself is everything you're looking for - spacious, nice, quiet and cozy. Sue and Gary are just delightful as well. This is a true 10/10 place to stay.

Quiet and Comfortable

My husband and I stayed at Sue's basement unit in July & August 2025. The weather was hot, but the unit was very cool. The unit was clean and well furnished. The full kitchen allowed us to cook any meal we wanted. The bathroom is spa-like with an oversized tub, fantastic shower water pressure, and a bidet attachment on the toilet. The primary bedroom was large with a big closet and very comfortable bed and linens. The host was effectively communicative before & during our stay. The location was perfect. Just 2 minutes to I70, 4 minutes to I25, and less than 15 minutes to downtown Denver. The neighborhood is quiet with very little street traffic. The only "negative" to this unit is that it is a basement. The windows in the kitchen & bedroom let in light, but there is nothing to see looking out of them. Thank you, Sue, for hosting us!

Exceptional Stay

I stayed here for nearly two months and could not have asked for a better spot! The location is fantastic: close to i70, parks/walking trails, and plenty of local restaurants. The apartment has everything you could need: work space, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable sleeping quarters, and a private common area with a cozy couch and TV. Additionally, theres ample street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Sue and her husband were wonderful hosts - available and helpful, but not nosy or overstepping. I felt quite at home in this space and would recommend it to anyone looking for temporary stay!

Best Apt in Denver

Over the span of 2 years I have stayed at 3 different apartments across the Denver metro area. This unit by far this one has been my favorite. Affordable, convenient and has everything you need in the apartment. Gary and Sue are the most kind and accommodating host I have had. I would recommend staying here and when I do return, I plan on stay here again.

Amazing Stay in Sunnyside!

My boyfriend and I went into living here with the intention of only staying for 3 months and we ended up having the opportunity to extend our lease and jumped on it! We stayed for 11 months total and very much enjoyed our time. The kitchen and bathtub were by far my favorite parts of the house. The bed is comfy and the second room has enough space for 2 air mattresses, which is great for visitors. Sue and Gary were AMAZING landlords and were quick to help with maintenance stuff that we needed. We felt fully comfortable and supported during our stay. I loved the surrounding neighborhoods and walked to the lake (only a couple of blocks away) almost every evening. The proximity to downtown was convenient, and is only a 10ish minute uber ride away. It was perfect for what we needed and I was sad to say goodbye to not only the house, but to Sue and Gary! I highly recommend staying there! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience!

Wonderful stay

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months while I was traveling for work. It was great! The owners were always very kind, communicative, and helpful. It was great to have landlords that I could tell cared about my wellbeing and comfort during my stay with them. The bathroom also felt very luxurious to me because it had a jacuzzi tub that I enjoyed often. The neighborhood was nice, felt safe, and close to many great spots. I would recommend this property for anyone traveling to Denver.
