Wonderful place to call home!

My two dogs and I rented this beautiful home longer term and had an amazing stay! The house is well appointed, with linens, kitchen appliances and utensils, and fabulous furniture and decor! The location cant be beat central to everything and close to the freeway, shopping, and the airport. The landlords are fabulousresponsive, communicative, kind, and always helpful. The neighborhood and neighbors are great. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Pleasant stay all around

Our family of two parents, two grandparents, a toddler, and two older dogs very much enjoyed our stay. The landlords are responsive, flexible, and kind. The house was stocked with great attention to detail. Everything in very good condition. The yard and single-story layout were ideal for young and old, human and canine. Convenient to basic shopping in Coal Creek/Factoria and I-405. Commute to Seattle Children's Hospital was important to us and -- during off-traffic hours -- was only about 25 minutes. Overall a very good experience and would recommend if it meets your needs! Having the connected garage was very useful for short-term travelers who might have some of their own things but are moving into a fully furnished space. Good parks nearby for young kids.

Great house, Great Location

My family of four, including two young kids, had a wonderful stay here for 3.5 months. With its close proximity to I-405, the house is centrally located to much of the east side, Seattle, and the airport. It is close to parks, beaches, a running/biking trail, and the library. With three bedrooms, a bonus room (used as an office), and a large fully-fenced grass yard that backs up to the woods, this house worked great for my family. It has one bathroom which was sufficient for us. The house is tastefully decorated with new modern furnishings. It came with lots of amenities such as a coffee/latte machine, hair dryer, soaps, cleaning supplies, small grill, etc. We appreciated that the owners went the extra mile by providing kid toys and books. Our interactions with the owners before, during, and after our stay has been nothing but positive. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
