Enjoyed our stay!

Erik's place was perfect for my husband and I while looking for a house to buy. The location is great and we really enjoyed the large backyard for our dog! I'm also a nurse, so for those looking for a good place while contracted, this is a great choice.

Great and Safe stay!

Highly recommend this stay as a solo traveler! I stayed here for several months when initially moving to FOCO. This place felt very safe especially with the off street gated parking! I spent most evenings sitting outside in the yard as it is very shaded and quiet and my pup really enjoyed the yard. Very walkable area and close to trails! The apt has everything you need. Erik and his family were very accommodating and responsive for any questions/concerns!

Stay in FoCo

I stayed here for a month when I was first moving to Fort Collins. The house had everything I could have asked for, it was clean, and it was comfortable. Erik was really accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The outside space really sold it as an excellent stay. Would recommend to anyone who needs a place to land while they are in Fort Collins.

Great stay!

I had a great stay here - the space was clean, safe, and stocked with everything you would need for a long term stay. Close to all amenities and rec spots was so nice to have. E was a great host and his pup is so loveable. I will def would stay again if i was staying in the area!

Place was great. Owner was nice. Dog was really cute. Definitely good if youre working at one of the hospitals near by.

Great Property and Hospitality

My wife and I stayed here for a month with our dog during the summertime. The property for rent is smaller, but very functional and accommodating in a very convenient, centralized area of Fort Collins. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay and the host was happy to provide anything if needed. The shared yard is very large and plenty of space for you to relax in privacy and enjoy the Fort Collins weather. The neighborhood is very safe and conveniently located off of the Spring Creek trail which goes on for miles throughout the Fort Collins area - very cool! E and his son, B, were very accommodating and friendly while also respecting your privacy during your stay. I highly recommend renting here if you are in the area and we will gladly rent from E if we have the chance again.
