Great place to stay

I stayed with Elsa for about a year and a half and it was a great experience. Convenient location near groceries, the turnpike, down to the keys, to the Everglades and Biscayne. Very safe neighborhood. The room itself was a decent size and the bathroom was too. The bed was comfortable. Elsa herself was a great housemate to have, she is quiet, clean, respectful, super friendly and outgoing and we had great conversations! I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Great Room & Great Landlord!

I stayed in at this address for eight months and can confirm that it is a pleasant place to stay. There is more than enough room for belongings and the user has access to all rooms (including an office space) barring the landlord's private bedroom. There are no pets, but there are local chickens, lizards, and ducks. Food storage, a private bathroom, wifi, parking, and washer/dryer are included. There also a large community pool. The landlord's rules are easy to follow and the property is within 5-20 minutes of numerous grocers, gas stations, parks, and other areas of interest. A drive to the Keys is merely 30-40 minutes! The landlord is very nice and agreeable. Sometimes, her grandkids come over and they will require the office space (it's where the toys are stored). I did not experience any problems at this address. Excellent Stay!

E was a wonderful host! Very nice and welcoming into her home. The location was excellent being that it was literally within walking distance to the hospital I was assigned. Would definitely recommend!!
