Hidden gem!

This is truly a hidden gem. Tucked into a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Great walking. Easy access to everything- groceries, natural food stores, farmers market, banks, mail services, live music, theater, parks, hiking trails and more. The owners are kind, responsive and respectful. The apartment is the lower unit of a triplex, so it feels hidden in the landscape. I enjoyed the view out my living room window, always busy with birds, squirrels and the occasional deer. The bed was comfortable, there is a brand new couch, the kitchen is well equipped and comfortable to use. Sound does travel inside, you do hear the upstairs tenant at times and I was very conscious that my television was directly under their bed. Everything worked well and I had no complaints. The internet was reliable. I really enjoyed my time there and it helped me decide that Eugene is a great place to live.

A Very Private and Cozy Apartment

The rental is located in one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods in Eugene. It has a well stocked kitchen, a new washer and dryer, the most comfortable bed and linens and the bathroom has many amenities. The owners are always available and eager to assist if needed. To say that the apartment is clean is an understatement. Within 2 blocks is a Market of Choice, a breakfast/coffee shop, pharmacy, and an Office Max. We also like to walk to the neighborhood restaurant (Cornucopia) and the Vets club to hear local Blues music. You could not ask for a better location.

Quiet, Comfortable and Convenient!

What a wonderful home away from home! Sunny and bright, very quiet neighborhood within a short walk of everything you need, from banks to groceries to coffee shops, etc. Fast access by car to everything in the city. If you like hiking, there are many trails close by. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! We spent a month ere exploring E and will most definitely be back. The owners are very responsive and nice people. Highly recommend!
