Six month escape

What a great place to have found. The property and apartment are private, clean, safe, and very well appointed. The grounds and surrounding area are country living with essentials located nearby, and the views of lakes and horses from the apartment are wonderful. For me it was a six month reset in nature, turning out to be more than expected. Thanks guys P

Awesome place to stay

I spent a month staying with Lisa and Rick and they were great hosts. The upstairs living area provides privacy and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful home

Staying here was lovely. Everything was included and was absolutely beautiful. The view both morning and evening was gorgeous. Its a good place for a 1-2 person. I enjoyed my time there and the owners were very friendly and welcoming! I appreciate them for allowing me to stay there. Wonderful people!

Very peaceful

Absolutely beautiful property. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a hard day. Large comfy bed, beautiful bath, and quaint kitchenette made the stay very comfortable. Long secluded walks near the horses and lake were a perfect way to forget long shifts. The property owners are wonderful and make the stay a pleasure. I will Miss Them

Nice Sanctuary

This lovely, quiet setting became a sanctuary for me while building a new house after multiple moves since selling my home. The owners are very friendly and helpful and I so appreciated their kindness during a stressful time. Annie their dog, along with their new dog Nola were friendly greeters when they recognized me after the initial bark. It was also fun watching them enjoying running around the farm and chasing squirrels while the horses grazed. The views of the lake from the apartment are beautiful and calming. The house itself is a very well built custom home, along with the apartment that is very comfortable, spacious and private, being the only living space upstairs. Overall, I was very blessed to have found this safe and quiet refuge!

Home away from home

This apartment is in a gorgeous country setting but very close to town and hospital. The upstairs to the owner's very beautiful home. It is very modern with everything you need. Farm setting is quite relaxing after long shifts at work. Semi-private but hosts are very accommodating. Adorable pup, Annie, greeted me everyday after work.

This apartment was the perfect place to relax, the location and views are amazing! From driving in along the shady road to the water and farm views there is a quiet atmosphere, while being close to DeLand. The upstairs apartment has everything required for a comfortable stay and the hosts are very accommodating.

Very Comfortable and Safe

This place is everything they say it is. Very secluded and quiet yet very safe. The apartment is upstairs in the main house. It is very modern with everything you need. I have stayed here a couple of times and enjoyed it each time. The owners are semi retired and very accommodating. One of my favorite things everyday was to wake up and see the lake off in the distance and watch the horses run around in the field.

Fantastic

This is an outstanding place to stay. It is a private setting with great views and country atmosphere, yet only minutes from the core of Deland. It has clean upscale furnishings and decor that indicate great pride of ownership. R and L are always willing to share they knowledge of the area and make recommendations for local establishments for shopping, dining and entertainment. I truly look forward to staying there again.

Good. Title

The home is spotless. This is a private home with an upstairs dwelling. I enjoyed the farm setting with the horses and Lakeview. Very private and quiet. This is a rental for someone who enjoys the country and appreciates a custom home. If you enjoy nature on your time off. I would recommend this for a mature, neat individual who likes the outdoors. The owners are a wonderful couple. I loved getting to know them. This is a private home not an apartment! Treat it as your own or what you would love to own! It truly is a special home.

Quiet Farmhouse

Oh man where do I begin with this rental pictures doesnt do justice. I needed a place to rent for work during summer and wanted a quiet space to unwind after work. Wow, its exactly what I pictured and needed. The farmhouse was cutely decorated with plenty of space for my stuff. Even though, the farmhouse sits upstairs from the owners home, it was quiet and they respected my space. The farm is beautiful with horses and lovely sunsets you can see from your bedroom window. I was so sad to leave over the summer. I wished I could of packed up this farmhouse and take it with me. Owners were accommodating and respectful the whole time. I will most definitely give this place a 10/10.
