Lovely two bedroom unit with free parking and strong Wi-Fi

Cozy Stay

I loved this cute, cozy apt! It had everything I needed, clean, washer/dryer in unit an plus and close to both hospitals if you are a traveler. Elizabeth quickly responds with any answers to any questions. I would definitely recommend choosing this place to stay. Only thing that could have made it a better stay is to try to fix the potholes in the parking lot area.

Perfect for healthcare

This place was clean and convenient for health care workers. The bedrooms can stay really dark if you are working nights. There is even a guest umbrella if you need it (especially if you are walking and get surprise rain)! Any necessity you required was fully stocked with extras in the cabinets, including things like laundry detergent and dish soap. It is also really close to downtown and you can get to plenty of historical sites rather quickly. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.

14-month stay

Enjoyed my stay at the beautifully-appointed apartment. The apartment was a great place for a home-away-from-home. Very convenient to downtown. Having a washer and dryer inside the apartment was very convenient. The host is super friendly and and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Over priced unit

Myself and a roommate rented this property from EA during our first contract at Memorial. While the unit itself is well furnished with decent furniture it is extremely small to pay $2500 month. The parking lot was full of pot holes and walking into the building never smelled good. We are both travel nurses and we were not even given the opportunity to extend the landlord informed us she rented it out already. We were put in a difficult situation because we had no where to go and only 4 weeks to figure it out. She offered to rent us another property that ended up being horrible for almost $2000 month. I will be reviewing that as well. I dont recommend renting any of her properties. We still haven't received our deposit even though the apartment was perfect. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any issues.

Great apartment and location!

I stayed here while on contract with Memorial Hospital. It's an excellent location as it is right next to all the major medical facilities in Springfield. The apartment is very comfortably furnished; the couch and beds are both super cozy. As someone who likes to cook I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with cookware and appliances. The property manager is super kind and friendly and always available should you need help with anything. It's a spacious apartment and the bathroom has two separate sink areas which is great if sharing the apartment with someone else.
