Sunny 1 bed / 1 bath apartment with gated parking pad

Christy's place is great and has everything you need! It is located within a 10 minute drive to Loyola med center, so it is ideal for rotating medical students. The bed is very comfortable and cozy. The owners are very communicative and always make sure you are taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed here for 3 months while completing a clinical rotation. The apartment was spotless when I entered and completely stocked with essentials that lasted for part of my stay. C was always quick to respond and very kind! Her and P made sure I was always comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

I have been to many short term rentals and this one takes the cake! First off they are in a great, safe location, close by to grocery stores, retail stores, restaurants, gas stations, and the highway. The apartment has everything you need and you get free gated parking. The hosts are super responsive and respectful, I had to change a few dates around and they were super understanding. My stay here was nothing short of amazing and if I ever come back to work in the Chicago area I definitely will try and stay here again! Thanks again for having me!

I cannot recommend this location enough. The neighborhood is very cute and safe- you can walk just across street to a grocery store or a little further down the street for Starbucks. The space itself is beautifully furnished and has so many windows to let in the sunshine (the shower even has a skylight). The apartment is stocked with everything you could need for your stay and the landlords are the BEST. C and P are so easy to communicate with and so kind. I loved coming home after work to know that the space would be comfortable and safe. In addition, there is designated off-street, gated parking included. A huge bonus for the Chicago area. Great rental!
