Amazing Place with even better hosts

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Christy's apartment for close to 10 months. The place was clean, quiet, and had everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Christy and P were extremely kind, respectful, and accommodating and their dog is absolutely adorable. I could not recommend this apartment enough and would happily stay here again!

Loved this apartment

I absolutely loved staying in this apartment! It is very comfortable, attractive, and spacious, and hosts Christy and Paul have added many great touches. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the house is within walking distance of shopping, and also some really lovely neighborhood parks. It was sparkling clean when I arrived. Christy and Paul, who live downstairs, were extremely helpful and thoughtful neighbors and landlords. A few things for prospective renters to be aware of are 1) there is no dishwasher, 2) the window-unit air conditioners worked well for cooling, but they were noisy, and 3) the bathroom is quite small and not well ventilated. Notwithstanding the above, my overall experience was excellent. I would happily rent this apartment again.

Wonderful Place

Staying at this home was truly one of the best rental experiences Ive had. The house was absolutely gorgeousbeautifully designed, spotless, and had everything I needed. A huge thank you to C for the wonderful interior! The space gets plenty of natural light during the day and is incredibly quiet at night, making it the perfect place to relax. The house had everything I needed. C and P were fantastic landlordsprofessional, kind, and always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. The neighborhood is super safe, and as someone without a car, I really appreciated that the grocery store was just an 8-minute walk away. Theres also a large shopping plaza nearby, also within an 8-minute walk, which was great whenever I wanted to explore. Plus, Oak Park is only about a 15-minute drive and is definitely worth a visit. Chicagos winter can be a little tough, and at times, I felt a bit down because of the weather. But this house truly became a comforting spaceit felt like home.

Christy's place is great and has everything you need! It is located within a 10 minute drive to Loyola med center, so it is ideal for rotating medical students. The bed is very comfortable and cozy. The owners are very communicative and always make sure you are taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great apartment and great landlord!

I stayed here for 3 months while completing a clinical rotation. The apartment was spotless when I entered and completely stocked with essentials that lasted for part of my stay. C was always quick to respond and very kind! Her and P made sure I was always comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Location & Great Hosts!

I have been to many short term rentals and this one takes the cake! First off they are in a great, safe location, close by to grocery stores, retail stores, restaurants, gas stations, and the highway. The apartment has everything you need and you get free gated parking. The hosts are super responsive and respectful, I had to change a few dates around and they were super understanding. My stay here was nothing short of amazing and if I ever come back to work in the Chicago area I definitely will try and stay here again! Thanks again for having me!

Cute, Comfortable, Safe & Friendly

I cannot recommend this location enough. The neighborhood is very cute and safe- you can walk just across street to a grocery store or a little further down the street for Starbucks. The space itself is beautifully furnished and has so many windows to let in the sunshine (the shower even has a skylight). The apartment is stocked with everything you could need for your stay and the landlords are the BEST. C and P are so easy to communicate with and so kind. I loved coming home after work to know that the space would be comfortable and safe. In addition, there is designated off-street, gated parking included. A huge bonus for the Chicago area. Great rental!
