I stayed at this furnished apartment during a travel assignment, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive-any time something came up, she was quick to address it and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. It made the stay feel really stress-free. The apartment itself was in a great neighborhood-quiet, safe, and super convenient. There were plenty of stores and restaurants just a short drive away, which made daily life really easy. Overall, it was a comfortable, hassle-free stay, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed place in a great location.

I had a wonderful experience living at Vanessa's place. From the moment I moved in, I felt at home. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with all the modern amenities I needed for comfortable living. Vanessa was exceptionalalways responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring a positive experience for residents. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The location was ideal, offering convenient access to shops, parks, transportation, and the neighborhood was both safe and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live. My time here has been truly enjoyable, and Im grateful for the care and effort the team puts into making this community a fantastic place to call home.

Absolutely awful & disgusting!!!!!!

The place looks okay in the pictures but it's falling apart and disgusting. The handles to the kitchen cabinets fall off at the slightest touch, the cold water pressure is so low it's almost impossible to shower or wash your hands, I found cockroaches there when I moved in, the entire house reeks of marijuana on an almost daily basis. The air vents are coated in a heavy layer of dust, the walls have multiple holes and the paint is bubbling from moisture, the kitchen table is so rickety that I was afraid to use it, the bedroom light fixture is jerry rigged up because it's broken and the paint is peeling off of it, the TV in the living room never worked, the comforter on the bed had a large hole in it, the couch is sized for children, not adults. The AC was broken for multiple days during the hottest days of the summer. When I paid for my second month in the unit, I paid in full and on time according to the lease, the owner demanded an extra $200. She told me that she had made a typo in the lease and sent me a new one to sign. I refused to pay the extra money and to sign a new lease. The following day she wrote a nasty review of me on FF and she personally posted an eviction notice on my door giving me 3 days to vacate. That evening, Vanessa became aggressive. She pounded on my door, she called me repeatedly, she threatened me through the door. She even took the laundry I had been washing (in the common area) and put it in her place which was upstairs. Vanessa's behavior was extremely unbalanced, irrational and mentally unstable. Once she started threatening me I called 911 because I was scared for the safety of myself, my cats and my belongings. I did not trust the owner with my things if I left the unit I was renting to go to work. I moved out that evening. The owner said she would terminate the contract that evening in front of a police officer and in text message. She promised to return all my money including all of the refundable deposits and the pro-rated rent for the days I did not use that month. Unfortunately, Vanessa has not returned my money or any messages that I left her.

Nice, quiet, perfect for work

This is a spacious quiet place to stay. Convenient for working near Hillandale clean nice environment.

Wonderful

This is a great space. The neighborhood is nice, the kitchen had everything I needed. The living room and bedroom were spacious and best of all Vanessa was a wonderful host. I would stay here again!
