Peaceful oasis

I stayed in one bedroom of this beautiful 5 bedroom home for three months.The upscale neighborhood is close to dining, shopping & interstate 10. Dedicated off street parking was a great perk. The queen size bed was pleasantly comfortable. The owner was completely respectful of my privacy, but very responsive to anything I required. I look forward to staying here again if I ever get back to El Paso.

Review of stay

Its in a very nice safe neighborhood. Many restaurants, stores, gyms, etc within a few miles. I enjoyed the views of the mountains and the city. The jacuzzi is not heated, but was great for relaxing in on the hot summer afternoons. The landlord was helpful without being intrusive. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, and adequate room in refrigerator, freezer and pantry were provided for storage needs. The bedroom is on the bottom floor, the kitchen is up a short flight of steps, and the bathroom is up a longer flight of stairs. So for anyone who cant do stairs frequently this place wont be suitable.The bedroom is small with very little storage space, just one small closet, no dresser or shelves. The parking is an uncovered space in the driveway. Overall it was a safe place to stay during my time in El Paso. Del Sol Hospital is 17 miles away, not 4 miles as stated. But its an easy drive with enjoyable views most of the time.

Highly Recommend

This property is so welcoming and peaceful. The entire downstairs (4 stairs) which has a large living room/ TV area and bathroom, outside your room, is dedicated to the renter; this is great for relaxing in privacy. The house is quiet and the host is very gracious and accommodating. On the rare occasions that we cross paths, he is a pleasure to interact with. The room is very spacious and the bed is SO comfortable. The home itself is beautiful, well-kept and always clean. The backyard has stunning views of the sunset and city. I especially enjoyed the neighborhood, which is great for walking/running (if you love hills). This home is in one of the best neighborhoods in El Paso, even in the very early mornings (when I go to work) I always felt very safe walking to and from my car. Highly recommend this place.

Great property, relaxed landlord

I rented the larger room in this home. The landlord is very accommodating and quiet. I had use of outside area as well as complete use of downstairs. I left because I moved from the area but would stay there again if I was back in the area. I had no issues with the home or the landlord. Great location on the mountain. Quiet neighborhood but close to plenty of restaurants and things to do. Took me about 30 min to drive to Fort Bliss if you are in the military.
